Have you ever wondered what it would be like to interact with a ray of pure light? Well now you can, with Ishikawa Komuro Laboratory’s advance in technology as we know it, the Sticky Light. “The piece is based upon a 3d tracking technology developed in our lab in 2003, using a laser diode, a pair of steering mirrors, and a single non-imaging photodetector called the ‘smart laser scanner’,” an explanation of how the Sticky Light functions (no projectors or optical illusions!). It gets its name because of its ability to stick to whatever surface it touches--it can even function on vertical surfaces. It works by sensing objects that are a color different than the background color (it searches for items to play with!). It can then follow any pattern for any amount of time, and it can even split into several different points of light that simultaneously trace the pattern (works on white boards, tables, floors, ceilings, papers, three-dimensional surfaces, clothing, and much, much more!). Operates using a 1/3 mW laser, one third of a very weak laser, so it is completely harmless! (Long-term exposure to the eyes may cause minimal damage.) It is unspecified if this product is out for commercial sale yet, or for what price it may be selling, or even if it will be available to the general public at all, but I suspect is , because there are people performing a demo who did not look like University officials. Here's a video demo!

The Upload feature of this site is currently down, sadly. It will problably get working sometime in May, which is also when I will add a downloads page for music, and hopefully, a Members Area. Here's how it works. You register for a free Membership by filling out a form with required info (username, password, and email). I will then begin to send you the week's password to get onto certain password protected pages. Only then would you be able to experience this Site at its finest. I also have ideas to create an online store. Whenever it comes out, I will be selling things like apparrel an

Aside from creating an initial hype, Nintendo's new 3DS system has its share of haters as well, like me! Well, I don't exactly hate the 3DS, but I am critical towards the quality of the product. I mean, the thing would be better off if you had actual 3D glasses, unlike this bag of bolts. The technology is still a work in progress, I can assure you that. You have to keep your head the perfect distance away from the screen (about 15 inches or more) at all times, and if you are a more serious gamer like me, you problably hold your head about 6 inches or less from the screen! Here, Nintendo is denying you a proper gaming experience. And even if you are holding the 3DS at the perfect angle the perfect distance from your face, if you stare at the 3D for a little while, it will start to give you headaches. When a guy at my school got it, and I just took a brief glance at the screen, I immediately started getting headaches. I swear, even thinking about it now gives me headaches! Also, aside from the app AR Games, and no, this is not referring to the cheat hardware Action Replay, the 3D just barely pops out of the screen. I have seen better graphics on the PSP Go. Also, Ninteno boasts about the 3DS Camera, which is supposed to be some awesome thing, but really it is just two cameras that take two pictures of the same thing at the same time. To be honest, the two outer camers make the whole thing look really retarded. Next thing you know, Nintendo will be putting a second camera on the inside of the 3DS, with no discernable hardware or software changes, and call it the "Nintendo 4DS".
